2018 Angel Capital Association Leadership Workshop

December 18, 2018 – The IBTX team had the pleasure of attending the 2018 Angel Capital Association (ACA) Leadership Workshop on November 6 – 8, in Irvine, California.  The event unique to the ACA members and leaders of the organization. With an agenda filled with valuable information and learning opportunities, the conference provided a deeper look into advanced topics for investors and plenty of networking opportunities with angels throughout North America.

“Attending the ACA Leadership Conference was an incredible experience, filled with meaningful content,” said IBTX Partner Warren Spiwak. “In addition, the quality time meeting new friends and sharing ideas made it a lot of fun.”

The 2018 workshop had a special focus on looking at the ACA’s strategies from the inside by providing attendees the chance to hear directly from ACA board members and leaders of Angel Groups across the country.  This content allowed attendees to learn some of the winning strategies these long time angels have used in their time as investors.
