IBTX Hires Amy Egts as Main Street Service Account Manager
Tuesday, April 13, 2021 – Acrisure Agency Partner IBTX has hired Amy Egts as our new Main Street Service Account Manager. As Service Account Manager, Amy helps process changes and issue certificates for our main street and personal lines clients.
Amy originally joined IBTX as part of the Benefits team, as IBTX’s Benefits Employee Navigator Support Specialist she assisted the Benefits Team with platform support, troubleshooting, and guidance while also assisting the HR team with creating a new onboarding process.
Bringing a fresh perspective and a love of challenges, as a self-proclaimed “chaos coordinator” she looks forward to meeting, servicing, and learning about the wide variety of clients that IBTX services.
