Faces of IBTX: Denise Stahl
San Antonio, TX – Receptionist / Director of First Impressions
January 31, 2017 – One of our longest-tenured employees, Denise has been with the agency since 1993. She is the person behind that friendly voice you hear when calling our main phone lines or visiting our San Antonio office. Her fantastic client customer service is the forefront of her duties, but she is also a great team resource. Denise assists every employee with tasks that help the teams and agency run smoothly. We asked Denise a few questions about her IBTX experiences, and her responses are below:
Favorite part of the job:
“Meeting & helping our clients along with providing excellent service to them. Also, I really enjoy helping our team members with their projects or to lighten the load when it gets busy.”
Favorite IBTX experiences:
“On the business side, I look forward to our open houses when I get to meet everyone & put a face with a voice that I may not have met yet. On the team side, we have great functions where we are all able to get together with our families.”
Describe the IBTX team in one word:
“Exceptional”
What songs are included on the soundtrack to your life?
“Country music and Oldies; it’s what I was raised on. My favorite singer is George Strait.”
