Faces of IBTX: Wendy Rhoden

December 6, 2016 – Wendy Rhoden has been with IBTX since 2014 and has proven to be a valuable asset.  As an Account Executive in the commercial property and casualty department in our Irving office, she supports the IBTX team in both a sales and service role.  She considers herself a Customer Relationship Manager by effectively communicating and educating our clients regarding their insurance and business needs and discussing how they can be enhanced and improved upon with IBTX’s services and solutions.  Wendy is always going above and beyond to advocate on behalf of clients.  Her expertise includes but is not limited to oil & gas and property management.

Dedicated to her insurance and industry knowledge, Wendy is currently a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Certified Account Manager (CAM), and Certified Insurance Professional of Texas (CIPT).  She also holds a Certification in Petroleum Fundamentals through the University of Texas Petroleum Extension Service.

Outside of the office, Wendy devotes much of her time to professional and non-profit community involvement.  She currently serves as the Recording Secretary of the Federation of Insurance Women of Texas, Inc. (FIWT), President of Insurance Women of the Metroplex (IWM), and Board Director of Tarrant County Insurance Professionals (TCIP).  She also volunteers her time to the Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth, The Center for Transforming Lives, Family Promise of Irving, and DFW Rescue.  She is always showing an immense amount of dedication to IBTX, the betterment of her industry, and the continuous improvement of her community.
