IBTX Hires Martha Gonzalez to Bolster Employee Benefits Team
Irving, TX, August 1, 2014 – IBTX Risk Services announces the hiring of Martha Gonzalez as Employee Benefits Account Executive in the agency’s Dallas/Fort Worth office. Gonzalez will be assisting IBTX to work with clients and prospects to educate them with the most up to date information regarding the Affordable Care Act, employee benefits insurance coverages, HIPPA, COBRA, ERISA and other federal and state compliance rules and regulations. She will be responsible for multiple duties including employee benefits program design, providing service and direct support to benefits clients, participating in client renewals and bolstering relationships with insurance carriers and clients.

Gonzalez comes to IBTX with more than 10 years of experience in the employee benefits area. She has served as an employee benefits account manager and relationship manager for multiple clients and worked to expand her expertise to all aspects of the health benefits industry. Clients have lauded her for her ability to help them understand the industry and their individual benefits plans. She maintains her Texas Group license and is poised to assist clients across North Texas and around the state.
